Nuno Felt Scarves

The process of felting wool to fabric is known as nuno or laminating technique.

The fabric provides the structure for the wool to adhere to and so allows for uniquely fine felt. - The finer the felt, the more patience, skill and care goes into the making.

I use silk for winter-warmth and cotton for summer-air.

Each scarf is individually made by hand.
